This paper concerned with the effect of generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) on stochastic gravitational wave (SGW) background signal that produced during first order cosmological QCD phase transition in early universe. A modified formula entropy is used to calculate temporal evolution temperature universe as a function Hubble parameter. The pressure results from recent lattice calculations, which provides parameterizations due $u,~d,~s$ quarks and gluons, trace anomaly describe equation state around epoch. redshift peak frequency SGW at current epoch calculated. indicate an increase GUP effect, improves ability detect it. Taking into account bubble wall collisions (BWC) turbulent magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) source SGW, fractional energy density investigated. It found weakens generated comparison its counterpart absence GUP. These support understanding test effectiveness theory.
